Online Purchases
If you purchased your product directly from our website, you may return new, unopened items within 21 days of purchase for a refund.
- Returns are subject to a $6.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
- Opened products cannot be returned. If opened products are sent back, no refund will be issued.
Retail Store Purchases
If you purchased your product from a retail partner, please return it directly to the place of purchase. We cannot accept returns for products bought at retail stores.

Factory Warranty
Certain products are covered by a limited factory warranty, including:

- Wax Blaster MD PRO

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes. You may still return the item in accordance with our return policy once it has been delivered.
