eosera® was founded in 2015 by the dynamic duo of Elyse Dickerson and Joe Griffin. Their shared vision was to revolutionize ear care. Frustrated by the lack of effective ear care solutions on the market, they decided to take matters into their own hands. And thus, eosera® was born. They started eosera® with a clear goal in mind: to create ear care products that genuinely help people. Today, every eosera® product is formulated and tested at our FDA-registered manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Meticulously crafted and tested in our Fort Worth HQ, ensuring you get nothing but the best. Because when it comes to your ears, we don’t mess around.

Our fearless leader, Elyse Stoltz Dickerson, CEO and Co-Founder, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation to the table. As a woman-led company, we take pride in breaking barriers and setting new standards in the industry.
Prior to founding eosera®, Dickerson served as Global Director at biotech company Alcon, where she led product innovation. Her achievements have been recognized by Ernst & Young, the Dallas Business Journal, and Drug Store News, among others.
She co-founded the eosera® Pitch Competition, which awards over $35k annually to women-led businesses, providing opportunity for future generations. She subscribes to the Conscious Capitalism style of leadership with all of her professional ventures, putting the needs of customers, employees, and retailers first with every business decision.
